Apart from grey fabric, the company also makes polyester textured yarn (PTY Yarn). This yarn is made by heating polyester oriented yarn (POY Yarn), which is also used to produce grey fabric.
Borana Weaves runs three manufacturing units in Surat, equipped with modern textile machinery. These units handle different stages of production like yarn texturizing, warping, weaving with water jet looms, and fabric folding.
