Vijay Kedia a well known Indian investor and trader is usually referred to as Master of the Market. Born into family of stockbrokers in Kolkata, he was exposed to the world of stocks from an early age.
However his entry into stock market was not just driven by passion. Following untimely death of his father, Kedia at age of 19 took on the responsibility of managing the family stockbroking business. He soon realized that broking was not for him so he shifted his focus to trading. Unfortunately, his initial attempts at trading were not very successful.

His investments in companies like Atul Auto, Aegis Logistics and Cera Sanitaryware in 2004 turned out to be game changers, growing over 100 times in value over the next decade.
